An intensive work of searching the building has been ongoing and the entire building is now searched. At the moment, there are no reports of personal injuries and we are still investigating what may have exploded.

It is now confirmed that the loud explosions came from a balloon competition during a school assembly. All patrols have left the scene, no suspicion of a crime.
