Alarm about fire in villa on Östermalm. When police and fire department arrive at the location, the property is already over-torched. Focus during the night has been to minimize the risk of spreading to surrounding properties. Police have assisted the fire department, among other things by temporarily evacuating neighbors until the fire is under control. The property is cordoned off pending a technical investigation and an investigation into arson has been initiated. At present, no information about personal injuries. 

00:14, traffic accident – Svenljunga
A motorcycle skids off the road in Överlida. The driver, a man in his 40s, is said to have escaped without serious injuries. After a closer examination of both driver and vehicle, suspicions are raised that the man both drove the motorcycle under the influence and stole the vehicle. The man is therefore arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and theft of a motor vehicle.
