During the day, police monitored traffic in the county. Here is a selection of the results of the checks:

13:10 Yttersvängen, Väst-Teg, Umeå: 14 fines were issued for speeding, as well as one for an expired logbook and two for faulty lighting.

19:31 Hamngatan, Lycksele: 30 drivers were asked to blow into the police’s breath-testing instrument, and all were sober.

19:45 Parkvägen, Dorotea: A driver was fined for driving without dipped headlights.

19:57 E45 Dorotea: A driver was fined for failing to stop correctly at a stop sign.

20:27 E4 Hammarängen, Skellefteå: 34 drivers were asked to blow into the police’s breath-testing instrument, and all were sober.
