He is provided with handcuffs since he is confrontational, and he is suspected of violent resistance and threats against an official.

Alarm about an ongoing break-in comes from a company in Northantill. Police and security guards go to the scene and find two men in their 20s who have difficulty explaining what they are doing on the scene.
