A person reports that he has been robbed of a mobile phone at a beach in Nykil southwest of Linköping. The person can see via GPS how the phone is moving and the police send a patrol. The car is stopped north of Rimforsa and the driver, a 55-year-old man, is apprehended. In addition to theft, he is suspected of possession of narcotics, narcotics offense for personal use, and knife law offense.
