An elderly couple in Saltjöbaden has received calls from a scammer who said he was calling from Klarna. According to the scammer, a purchase had been made in the couple's name and the scammer said he could help cancel the purchase. He also warned of the risk of theft in the couple's home, but said that the insurance company could send someone to the couple's home to check their valuables. 
Shortly thereafter, a man comes home to the couple, saying he is from Folksam and takes the couple's gold with the false reason that he is going to weigh it. 

When the man who said he was from the insurance company does not return the gold, the couple realizes they have been scammed and report it to the police.
The police make a house visit, conduct an interrogation and file a report on gross fraud.
