It is believed to have been a collision between a passenger car and a bus. According to initial reports, three people were involved, two of whom were injured; it is unclear how seriously. Police, rescue services and an ambulance are working at the scene of the accident.

The driver of the passenger car, a man in his 60s, died in the accident. His relatives have been informed. The bus driver was taken to hospital with injuries said to be minor. The vehicles have been seized for technical examination. The cause of the accident is being investigated, initially under the suspected offences of gross negligence in traffic, causing another person’s death and causing bodily harm. There is currently no suspect.
