Since midnight, three people in Piteå have been taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the taking into custody of intoxicated persons. Two people have also been taken into custody in Luleå (where one of them is suspected of minor narcotics offenses through personal use. One person has been taken into custody in Kalix, one in Överkalix and one in Kiruna - who was handed over to the custodian.
