The woman calls the police and tells them that she has lost valuable items from her home on Lidingö.

She had received an SMS stating that the woman had ordered goods from Elgiganten. When the woman calls the phone number, the person answering claims that her computer has a virus and that someone will be sent to "check the computer". They will also evaluate her jewelry and "stop the scam".

A person comes home to the woman, is let in and leaves the house with her valuable items.
