Since midnight, five people in the county have been apprehended according to the LOB, the law on apprehension of intoxicated persons. Two of them are suspected of minor narcotics offenses through personal use. 

02:39 Gross Misdemeanor Threat, Härnösand
Police are contacted by several people regarding a man who is said to have behaved strangely in central Härnösand. Information also came in that the man was threatening towards a person/persons in the center. He was also said to have had a weapon. The police go there and find the suspect, a man in his 50s. He is apprehended and later detained suspected of gross misdemeanor threat and knife law offense.
