According to the caller, a person with a knife was also seen.

Police called to the address find a large knife in the back seat of a nearby car and launch a preliminary investigation into a serious offence under the Knife Act.

Two men are found and checked in the apartment. A man in his 50s is arrested, suspected of gross unlawful threats or alternatively a serious offence under the Knife Act, as well as drug use. He is taken to the police station for questioning.

The knife is seized and is to be forfeited.

No injuries are reported in the incident.
