Under the afternoon the police are ordered to an address in the center due to a brawl. Two men are supposed to have been involved, a complaint about harassment and a counter-complaint about assault are drawn up.

One of the men is also apprehended according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. He is also suspected of, among other things, minor narcotics offenses through personal use and violent resistance.
