Under the afternoon, the police in Östersund have taken into custody two men according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. 

The first, a man in his 30s, was taken into custody in the city center shortly before 13:00. The other, a man in his 35s, was taken into custody in Östra Odensala shortly thereafter. He is said to have been aggressive in custody, which is why a report of an attempt to assault a public official has been filed.

During the afternoon, the police have also checked a man in the city center. Suspected narcotics were found on him. In addition to minor narcotics offenses through possession, he is also suspected of violating the knife law. This concerns a man in his 35s.
