13 December 13.08, Violence/threats against public official, Norrköping

The police were called to an address in central Norrköping, in the Old Town, due to a suspected drunk driver. At the scene of a vehicle is a man in his 60s who is noticeably affected and aggressive.

No driving can be confirmed at present, but he opposes the apprehension according to the Law on Arrest and Detention and becomes suspected of violent resistance, assault on an official and insult against an official. Among other things, the man is said to have spat on the police officers. 

This is the current legal situation, in the investigation it can change and possibly additional charges will be added.
