Reports of harassment and assault outside the parliament building.
On Riksgatan, a smaller, unauthorised gathering has been taking place since lunchtime. When the police have checked it, no disorder has occurred, and since the constitutionally protected freedoms of assembly and demonstration weigh heavily, it has been allowed to continue despite lacking a permit. The police are, however, writing a report on the unauthorised public gathering.
The police return to the scene shortly before 15:30. In addition to the participants in the unauthorised gathering, there are now also other people at the scene, and confrontations are taking place between the groups. The confrontations lead to a man in his 50s and a woman in her 30s being suspected of harassing each other in connection with a fight over a camera and a sign.
A report is also being written on assault after a situation in which a man in his 55s physically acted against a man in his 70s.
The events are believed to have been captured by the cameras on the scene, which will make it easier to conduct the investigation.
