A driver notices a A-tractor on E4 near Hudiksvall which is driving significantly faster than the allowed 30 km/h.

The driver chooses to follow the vehicle until a police patrol can stop and inspect both the vehicle and the driver who is suspected of illegal driving.

The police also decide to seize the vehicle in order to be able to carry out a technical examination in order to check if the A-tractor has been manipulated in some way.
