The clock 00-07, three people in Östersund have been taken care of for intoxication, of which one is suspected of minor narcotics offense, personal use. The police have also performed a number of checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of crime, as well as handled cases related to mental health.
Summary of the police's work during Bräcke cruising
The police who worked during the Bräcke cruising arrangement report that it was carried out with good cooperation between police, social services and night walkers. The cooperation has worked well throughout the arrangement and contributed to a safe and calm event.
Approximately 70-100 vehicles and 150-200 spectators are estimated to have participated. The weather conditions have been less favorable with persistent rain throughout the event, which likely contributed to the relatively low attendance figure.
Despite the weather, the visitors who chose to participate have behaved well. No reports of violent crimes or serious disorderly conduct have been made during the event.
The police have, among other things, taken care of four people with the support of the Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons (LOB), a fine has been issued due to the consumption of alcohol within a prohibited area and two people have been removed. A report has been filed regarding the Explosives Act (bangers).
Regarding traffic-related measures, four fines have been issued for speeding offenses, a fine for a driving ban and a fine for a mistake regarding the LGF sign. In addition, a foreigner's control and three flying inspections have been carried out.
