A 65-year-old man is suspected of driving a car under the influence of alcohol and narcotics. A decision on a body search has been obtained and carried out. The man is also suspected of unauthorized driving as he lacks the authorization to drive a vehicle subject to a driving license and narcotics offense, personal use.
