03:39 In connection with a routine vehicle and driver control on Ståthögavägen in Norrköping, suspicion of driving under the influence and minor narcotics offenses for personal use against the driver arose. The 35-year-old man was required to follow the police for further blood sampling and interrogation.

06:17 SOS alarm about a traffic accident on Highway 35 outside Grebo, Åtvidaberg. According to the alarm, a driver had driven into a wild boar, whereupon vehicles behind were involved in a rear-end collision as a result of the wild animal accident. The police were on the scene and there are no reports of personal injuries. The wild boar had run away after the collision.

In addition, the police have had cases of traffic offenses, traffic control, crime prevention work as well as various other controls on their own initiative or after an alarm from the public that did not lead to anything serious.
