The police arrive at the scene and find the man, who appears to have traveled on an electric bicycle.
The man, who is in his 50s, is apprehended in accordance with the Law on the Right to Administrative Detention (LOB) due to the level of intoxication. He is not suspected of any crime.
When the police patrol is parked, a passenger car drives into the police car. The police car suffered no major damage.
The driver of this passenger car, a man in his 75s, is intoxicated and suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. He also lacks a driver's license and is suspected of unauthorized driving.
