Police patrol stopped a tractor in the morning just east of Falun. The reason for the stop was an observation that led to a suspicion of a crime, this because the vehicle was driven at a significantly higher speed than the vehicle is type-registered for. 
The driver and suspect is a boy who has not yet turned 18. Suspicion of a crime concerns unauthorized driving. The guardian has been informed and the vehicle has been seized for a technical examination to be carried out.
