05 June 07.59, Summary of the night, Östergötland County

Under the night between 22.00 and 07.00, the police's command center has handled a number of 70 cases in Östergötland. The night has been calm from a police perspective, cases that have been handled have been of a routine nature. One case stands out: 

Driving under the influence, Norrköping
At 22.00, several patrols are overtaken by a car in high speed on E4 in a southerly direction. The car is said to have driven at over 160 km/h on a stretch where there is a speed limit of 110 km/h. 

The patrol follows and the car is stopped at Klockaretorpet in Norrköping. The driver of the car, a woman in her 30s, shows signs of narcotics influence and the police therefore suspect a driving under the influence offense. 

Due to the combination of narcotics influence and high speed, the police draw up a report on gross narcotics driving under the influence. The woman is also suspected of minor narcotics offense for personal use, as well as speeding offense. The police also seize the woman's keys to prevent further travel.
