22:20 Traffic accident, Aneby

A car with three people crashes with an elk at Marbäck on Highway 32. The picture becomes so damaged that it must be towed away from the scene. One person gets minor injuries and is taken to the hospital for control. The elk dies on the spot.

22:47 Fire, Aneby

An alarm comes in about a fire in a vehicle at an address just outside Aneby. It turns out to be an older type of truck and a caravan that are burning. The fire department can put out the fire without it spreading. No criminal complaint is filed and no one is injured.

22:56 Driving under the influence, Aneby

Police check a vehicle in central Aneby and the driver, a man in his 30s, is suspected of driving under the influence. He is taken for a blood test, as well as both car keys and driver's license are confiscated.

00:43 Assault, Gnosjö

Police are called to a residence in Hillerstorp. A woman has been beaten and kicked by the man she lives with in a relationship. She has facial injuries but not serious. On the scene is also a child under 15 years old. The man, who is in his 50s, is arrested suspected of assault on both the woman and the child, as well as child welfare offense and possession of narcotics.
