Police stop and inspect a vehicle in Norrahammar in southern Jönköping on Saturday morning. It turns out that the driver, a man in his early twenties, is both under the influence of drugs and does not have the right to operate the vehicle. He is detained and taken for a blood test. Suspicions of the crime are drug driving and serious unlawful driving.
