Arvika 01:17. A police patrol stopped a 60-year-old man who was operating an electric scooter at a speed significantly higher than the allowed 20 km/h. The man also showed signs of drug influence, which is why he was taken in for a blood test and interrogation. He is now suspected of driving under the influence of drugs and unauthorized driving as the electric scooter is considered a moped requiring a driver's license, due to its excessive power, which the man is not authorized to operate.
