Here follows a selection of events from last night:

01.35 Illegal driving, etc., Örnsköldsvik:
When a police patrol tries to stop and inspect an A-tractor, suspected of being driven faster than allowed for the vehicle type, on E4, the driver leaves the scene. After a pursuit, the police manage to stop the vehicle.

The driver, a minor, is suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and is taken in for a drug test. The A-tractor is seized for technical examination.

A report is filed regarding, among other things, gross illegal driving, gross traffic carelessness, and drug driving. The driver is handed over to their guardian.

01.43 Traffic control, Härnösand:
Everyone checked at a traffic control on E4, Fröland, is without remark.

01.55 Fire, Örnsköldsvik:
Alarm about a fire in a villa in the Moliden area. A police patrol is dispatched to the scene. There are no reports of anyone being taken to hospital. There is no suspicion of a crime related to the fire.

02.01 Wildlife accident, Sundsvall:
Accident involving a car and a deer on Södra Alnö. No personal injuries reported. The deer died in connection with the accident and a tracker is called out to deal with it.

02.18 Assault and petty fraud, Sundsvall:
A police patrol becomes aware of a situation in Korsta where a taxi passenger who refuses to pay their fare is alleged to have hit the driver. The patrol files a report regarding assault and petty fraud.

03.12 Wildlife accident, Sundsvall:
Accident involving a car and a deer on Raholmsvägen, Södra Alnö. No personal injuries reported. The deer died in connection with the accident and a tracker is called out to deal with it.

03.55 Traffic control, Härnösand:
Everyone checked at a traffic control on E4, Fröland, is without remark.

Other:
A person has been taken in for intoxication.

The police have also conducted checks on people and vehicles that did not result in any suspicion of crime.
