The police receive a call about a woman being heard screaming in an apartment in Traneberg. In the apartment, there is a 40-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman who live in a relationship with each other. It is distinctly noticeable that there is cannabis in the apartment, and the man is suspected of having assaulted the woman. The man is arrested on suspicion of assault and narcotics offense for personal use.
