A woman reports that a man raped her in connection with a party in an apartment. The man in question is still in the apartment and is apprehended on the spot by the police. Both the complainant and the suspected perpetrator are in their 40s. 
The woman does not want to be examined at the hospital and is therefore driven to another location.
