Under early morning stopped and controlled the police a car on E4 outside Sundsvall. The driver, a man, lacked the authority to drive and was also suspected of being under the influence of narcotics. It also turned out unclear if the man had permission to use the current car.

He was apprehended but released after interrogation. The suspicion concerns drug driving, gross unauthorized driving and seizure of conveyance or alternatively unauthorized use.
