Two people near Karlbergskanalen and Pampas have gone through the ice and ended up in the water. Police, rescue service and ambulance are on the scene.

The operation is ongoing and one person has come up out of the water. The other person is in the process of getting up.

Update at 13:30

The Emergency Services and the Police advise against people walking and ice-skating on the ice in Stockholm. The ice is not to be trusted.
