On national road 41, Gunnestorp, a private car was stopped for a check. The driver, a 35-year-old man, is suspected of having driven under the influence and was taken in for a blood test. Subsequently, a report was drawn up regarding driving under the influence. The man lacked a driver's license and is therefore also suspected of unauthorized driving. 

02:17 Falkenberg, fire
An alarm was received about a fire in a villa. Police and other emergency services were ordered to the scene. The homeowner, a man, had gotten out on his own. However, he had inhaled smoke and was taken to the hospital. Awake and able to speak, otherwise unknown extent of injury. At 03:00, it is reported that the fire was extinguished. The police drew up a report on reckless endangerment of the public. Unknown cause of the fire.
