Construction Supervisor, develop together with Umaniq
About the role

We are looking for someone who is committed, takes the initiative and enjoys working with others.
Duties
Plan and allocate the daily work on the construction site.
Lead and coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors.
Plan materials and deliveries.
Follow up on schedules, quality and self-inspections.
Contribute to a safe working environment and develop the company’s working methods.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in the construction industry and in leading and coordinating work. You can read drawings and plan work in a structured way.
You are responsible, solution-oriented and have good teamwork skills.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a tradesperson in construction, as the role may also involve taking part in practical work on the construction site.
Desirable qualifications
· Knowledge of Swedish and/or English
· Knowledge of Urdu and Arabic is a plus

Salary: Fixed monthly salary by agreement
