About the role We are looking for a UX Designer with a good visual eye and experience of mobile apps. You will work on consultancy assignments, leading the design work from insight to finished solution, in close collaboration with developers, product owners and other stakeholders. The role is suited to someone with 4-6 years’ experience who wants to take considerable responsibility for their assignments. The assignment is with a public-sector organisation, is hybrid with around three days a week on site in Gothenburg, and starts within a few weeks.
Your assignment You will work through the entire design process, moving between structure, interaction and visual form. You will develop flows and wireframes, design interfaces to a high visual standard, and ensure that solutions work for users and can be built. You are used to designing for iOS and Android and understand how the platforms’ guidelines and limitations affect the design.
You use modern tools as a natural part of your working methods, for example Figma Make and LLMs, to move faster from idea to prototype and make better decisions.
We are looking for someone who Has a good eye for form and detail, while also understanding the bigger picture. You are confident in making decisions, standing by your choices and explaining why. You work well in dialogue with people in different roles and move the work forward without making it cumbersome or theoretical.
Mandatory requirements

4-6 years’ experience as a UX Designer

Good visual skills, with a focus on UX

Experience designing for iOS and Android and working closely with developers

Good understanding of the entire design process

Used to working in Figma

Uses AI tools (e.g. Figma Make, LLMs) as a natural part of their working methods

Swedish and English, spoken and written

Able to be on site in Gothenburg around three days a week from the start of the assignment

Desirable

Experience with accessibility adaptations

Experience of native development for iOS/Android

Design systems and visual guidelines

Experience from larger organisations
