Asian fusion / sushi fusion chef

We are looking for one or more chefs who can take our Thai food and sushi to new and higher levels with the latest in Asian fusion cooking and/or sushi fusion cooking. Applicants must have completed post-secondary chef training with a prominent teacher in Asia, and must have done so fairly recently. We want to make our business one of Sweden’s ten best in this field. We also plan to expand our concept to other cities.

We have a collective agreement (kollektivavtal) with Visita HRF and offer decent terms and conditions, including pay, insurance, pensions, etc. The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, on a rotating schedule. You should be proficient in Thai, as it is the language used in the kitchen.
