Landvetter Airport Hotel is looking for a creative and committed Sous Chef who is passionate about cooking, quality ingredients and a kitchen where quality and job satisfaction go hand in hand.
About our kitchen
We cook everything from scratch, with the ingredients in focus. We work with à la carte, conferences, groups and flight crews, making for varied days where both the pace and the conditions can change quickly.
As Sous Chef, you will play an important role in creating and developing our menus, with room for your own ideas, new flavours and seasonal inspiration.
About the role
As Sous Chef, you will work mainly hands-on in the kitchen alongside the team. You will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and be a natural leader during shifts.
You will create structure before and during service, allocate tasks and help the team work well together, even when the pace is high.
This is the role for you if you enjoy being at the heart of the operation, cooking and helping the people around you grow and perform together.
Who are you?
You may already be working as a Sous Chef, but you could just as easily be an experienced chef who feels ready to take on more responsibility.

Landvetter Airport Hotel is a four-star, family-owned hotel with 184 rooms and 10 conference rooms, located at Landvetter Airport.
We are in an exciting period of development and are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our kitchen and join us on our continued journey.
Employment: 100%, full-time
Working hours: Varying hours, including evenings and weekends
Starting date: By agreement
