Star Mika Zibanejad missed a team meeting – and was poked in the 1–4 game against Anaheim. NY Rangers coach Mike Sullivan did not regret his decision. We have certain expectations that we all hold ourselves accountable to, he tells nhl.com.

The process we have here is important and everyone needs to adhere to it. Mika and I have talked and he understands.

Visiting Anaheim got off to a good start when Jackson Lacombe put the game away 1-0 after 7:18 minutes of the first period. The home team tied the game before the period ended, Matthew Robertson, but then it was Anaheim who took the lead.

Leo Carlsson, however, was held scoreless in the 4–1 victory but assisted Cutter Gauthier's goal to make it 3–1 in the third period.
