“Such a trip would be very beneficial for finding solutions for peace,” Zelenskyy writes in a post on X.
Zelenskyy describes the conversation with US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner as "good" and "detailed and constructive."
“I also informed them about the situation on the battlefield, where Russia’s progress has been sparse and has cost enormous losses,” Zelenskyy writes.
Witkoff and Kushner have, so far without noticeable success, led American efforts to end Russia's war of invasion.
