"If Russia is willing to stop attacking our energy sector, we will refrain from corresponding attacks," Zelenskyy said in his daily address to the Ukrainian people.
He said he had submitted a proposal for such a ceasefire to American mediators, who have reportedly submitted it to the Russian side.
