The Financial Times reports that Russia has enlisted the help of China to develop a counterpart to Elon Musk's Starlink satellite network. According to Zelenskyy, such a version could be in use "by the end or beginning of next year," he told the FT.
"We know that China is working on developing satellites and with the possibility of helping Russia," he told the newspaper.
Russia previously had access to Starlink and used the system to guide drones towards Ukrainian targets, before Elon Musk and Starlink blocked Russia from using the system.
