Ursula von der Leyen from the EU, NATO chief Mark Rutte and Germany's Chancellor Friedrich Merz will also be there.
The focus is on the diplomatic efforts to put an end to the war in Ukraine.
The meeting takes place within the framework of the "coalition of the willing", where a number of countries that want to support Ukraine in Russia's war of aggression are involved.
