Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyj will participate in Thursday's EU summit in Brussels, according to an EU spokesperson for TT.
The EU countries' heads of state and government are gathering for an extraordinary defense and Ukraine summit.
The countries will, among other things, take a stance on "Strengthening EU" – the EU Commission's plan from Tuesday, where the goal is to invest almost 9,000 billion Swedish kronor (800 billion euro) in the EU countries' defense.
The meeting begins at lunchtime on Thursday.
