At least 20 people have been killed in a Russian attack on the village of Jarova in the Donetsk region, reports Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyj.
"Directly at people. Ordinary civilians. Just when pensions were being paid out", he writes on X.
Zelenskyj urges the USA, Europe and G20 to react to the attack and decide on powerful measures against Russia.
