The day after the verbal clash with the US President Donald Trump, the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyj thanks over 30 of his allies on X.
Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance accused him during Friday's deteriorated brawl of not being sufficiently grateful for the US's support during Russia's invasion war. On several previous occasions, Zelenskyj has expressed gratitude.
Zelenskyj has subsequently individually thanked European leaders for their support. He also directs thanks to the prime ministers of New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.
He has also expressed gratitude on his Telegram channel.
"It is important for people in Ukraine to know that they are not alone, that their interests are represented in all countries, in all corners of the world", he writes.
