The president says in his daily address - and signs it with an X - that preparations are underway to reinforce the Russian army with North Korean soldiers.
"Since June, preparations have been underway in the Russian Voronezh region to receive (the soldiers)," Zelensky wrote on Saturday, saying that North Korea also plans to send missile launchers to Russia.
“This is not a threat only to Ukraine. Russia is helping North Korea learn how to wage war, improve its weapons and gain combat experience by using them,” Zelensky wrote, warning of a danger for countries within “missile range” of North Korea.
