Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyj will once again be present when the EU countries' heads of state and government hold a summit.
Council President António Costa has invited Zelenskyj to the meeting in Brussels next week "to discuss the latest developments with us", writes Costa in his invitation to the EU leaders.
