Russia sent nearly 300 drones and 50 missiles against Ukraine last night, writes Volodymyr Zelenskyy on X. A "significant proportion" of the missiles were ballistic, according to the Ukrainian president.
The Kyiv region was hit, as were the Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy and Kirovohrad regions.
"Moscow continues to invest more in attacks than in diplomacy. This week alone, Russia fired more than 1,300 attack drones at Ukraine, over 1,400 guided aerial bombs and 96 missiles of various types," Zelenskyy writes.
