The Lollapalooza festival in Chicago is one of the world's largest music festivals, and yesterday's concert was the pop star's first in the US this summer, as part of her Midnight Sun tour.
In front of a packed Grant Park, which Larsson herself said was the largest audience she had ever played for, the star performed hits such as "Lush Life", "Ain't My Fault" and "Midnight Sun".
On Instagram, Zara Larsson thanked supporters and wrote, “I shed tears yesterday... I am so grateful!” She also posted a clip of herself inviting a fan to dance with her to the song “Lush Life,” something that has become a viral tradition during the tour. Billboard cited the concert moment as one of the highlights of the entire festival so far.
The pop star has had a renewed breakthrough this year with the album "Midnight Sun", and during the ongoing tour she will perform in Canada, Germany, Brazil and Japan, among other places.
