Other nominees for the award are opera singer Christina Nilsson and rapper Yung Lean.
The winner of the prize will be announced by the Minister of Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, Benjamin Dousa (M), on April 23.
Ghost (2019), Ludwig Göransson (2018), and Zara Larsson (2016) have already received the award.
