Swedish pop star Zara Larsson has been in the news over a comment about abortion on TikTok. When one of her fans wrote on the platform that she was pregnant during a concert with the star but later had an abortion, Larsson responded:
"I killed the performance, and you killed it after the performance."
The comment has angered many people, and in a now-deleted TikTok video the star says it cost her a lucrative paid collaboration worth three million dollars.
"I'm just like, 'Okay, what the hell.' If you don't agree with me that women should be able to have abortions or that we can't joke about it, then we're not meant to be partners," she says in the video, according to the Daily Mail.
