A 21-year-old man was sentenced to seven months in prison for exploiting children by purchasing sexual acts and taking indecent photographs. He was acquitted of three counts of child rape and two counts of child pornography.
A 20-year-old man was sentenced to a daily fine for taking indecent photographs and unlawful invasion of privacy. He was acquitted of rape charges.
Three other men in their 20s were acquitted of all charges.
Blekinge District Court did not find that the prosecutor had succeeded in proving that the young men understood how vulnerable the girls were. According to the verdict, the young men had been misled into believing that two underage girls were over 15 years old.
